Scope and contact
This notice describes the static pages and browser tools provided by PureMelodyBrixl.garden at puremelodybrixl.garden. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. It does not describe independent websites reached through external links.
Reading these pages
The supplied site code contains no analytics, advertising trackers, social embeds, accounts or remote form service. Images, scripts and styles are requested from the same site. As with other websites, delivering a page exposes technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and requested URL, to the hosting infrastructure.
Hosting and email providers may process technical information for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Specific provider logging, retention and processing locations depend on the deployed infrastructure; they cannot be determined from these static files. This notice does not claim that visiting leaves no technical records.
The local message composer
Information entered in the contact composer is processed in your browser. The tool does not submit it to us, save it in cookies or store it in localStorage. Prepared text remains in the current page until you edit it, navigate away or reload, subject to your browser’s own form-restoration behaviour.
Choosing Copy text asks your browser to write the note to your clipboard. Choosing Download text creates a file on your device. Your operating system, clipboard history, browser extensions or backup settings may retain information independently of this website. Only use these features on a device you trust.
Email you choose to send
If you send an email, its contents, sender address and associated metadata are processed by the email services involved and become correspondence received at the site’s contact address. Use of that correspondence is limited to handling the enquiry, considering corrections, maintaining relevant records and addressing security or legal matters. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, responding to voluntary correspondence may rely on legitimate interests in operating the site and answering enquiries; legal obligations may apply to some records. Correspondence should be retained only as needed for its purpose and applicable obligations, rather than indefinitely by default.
Your choices and applicable rights
You can read the pages without composing a note, decline to send email, manage browser storage and contact us about correspondence you have sent. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information, object to processing or request portability. These rights may be subject to exceptions.
Send a request to the contact address with enough context to identify the relevant correspondence. Do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification method has been agreed. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children and sensitive material
The editorial content is general-audience information, not a service for collecting children’s information. Children should seek help from a parent or guardian before sending correspondence. Please do not send private recordings, precise nest locations or another person’s personal information without an appropriate basis.
Storage and changes
See the Cookie Notice for the storage behaviour of the supplied site code. If features or processing practices change, this notice should be updated to reflect the actual deployment. No privacy notice can guarantee absolute security of internet communications.
